About RingIT
Our story is quick and simple. When I started the company we provided communications solutions to companies in the area, using Telstra Services (which was the only system that really worked WAY back then). We used Windows 95 to provide computer & communication solutions for medium to small business. My brother Ben, joined the company around then and has been with me ever since.

NOW HERE COMES THE SPIEL- a very German phrase to say ‘here comes the sales pitch!!!’
Our team at Ring-IT prides itself on knowing our customers and their businesses so that if a problem arises we can handle it quickly… sometimes we can even solve the issue instantly using our remote system.
We are only interested in what works for you, your budget and your comfort zone. You may not need the new wizbang server and if you want to keep your system on the old WindowsXP, we are happy to oblige.
And don’t be fooled by our size- we know our stuff. Your business needs cloud computing, no problem, an email marketing strategy, done. We can assist with most tech services in the ICT spectrum? (fancy word for computer and communications)

With over 23 years of experience in the information technology field, I’m proud to be the Director of Ring IT, a managed service provider that has evolved from a computer service center into a comprehensive IT partner for businesses. My passion lies in helping companies improve their use of technology, especially those that can’t afford a full-time in-house technician.
At Ring IT, our focus is on small to medium-sized businesses. We take the time to understand how each client operates and work within their budget to offer technology solutions that make a real difference. We believe in being thorough—while the tech industry moves fast, we don’t jump on every new trend. Instead, we evaluate, test, and re-test before offering anything to our clients, ensuring it’s the right fit for their needs.
I’m proud that we are ICTAA accredited, as well as Microsoft and Google Partners. This recognition is a testament to our expertise and commitment to providing the best solutions. Continuous learning and growth are at the core of what we do, and I’m always researching new technologies and attending training to stay ahead of the curve.
I enjoy working with small to medium businesses because they can make decisions quickly, which allows us to implement solutions more efficiently. My goal is simple: to help our clients grow by leveraging technology in a smart, sustainable way.
Outside of work, I like to stay active by playing volleyball, racing my track car, going to the gym, and practicing meditation.

Hi, I’m Ben. I come from a corporate background at Telstra, where I specialised in sales and customer service. I began my career in sales and quickly advanced into a team leader role, overseeing a high-performing team.
With a strong passion for working with small to medium businesses and a keen analytical mindset, I have helped clients optimise their expenses without compromising service quality.
In addition to client engagement, I play a key role in managing the rollout of larger projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Whether coordinating the implementation of a cyber-security plan or overseeing network upgrades, I focus on efficiency and strategic planning to achieve the best outcomes for both the team and our clients.
